One of the most famous and important statements attributed to Tilopa is: “The problem is not enjoyment; the problem is attachment.”
The issue of attachment is not something that relates only to things that are “illegal, immoral or make you fat”. It is equally easy to form attachments to prayer and meditation, or to any other religious practice.
