Millions long for immortality who don’t know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon. (Susan Ertz)
While not yet actually raining in Wellington this afternoon, it has been grey and drizzly over the past couple of hours. The rain will come later, I hear.
The image I have called “rainy day in Cuba” actually dates from 08 July 2011 — the middle of winter.
Technical complications, and a family crisis, have together made it difficult to prepare images for posting, so I now have a bit of a backlog to work through.
Oh! you’d better know: the Cuba of the title is actually Cuba Street, Wellington — not Havana, Cuba, etc.
To see how Cuban boys make the best of a rainy day, here’s a link to a blog called Along the Malecón.
